The first time you do it, your gut churns.
I relished it.
Ever skin an animal before?
Most people try not to throw up.
I was just thinking how good it would taste after a slow cook over a fire.
Ever prepare your own food?
Most peoplehave no idea.
I shot a bear, skined it, cooked it, and prepared it in one evening. Then ate it.
I do it because i enjoy it.
